Ingredients :

  • Carrots
  • Turnips
  • Cabbage
  • Franch bean
  • Potatoes
  • Eggs
  • Salted cod

 

Wash and cook separately vegetables in a salted water.

Immédiately after, put vegetables on fresh water to stop the cook and fix colours.

Cook eggs to make hard boiled egg.

Put cod to soak (without the skin) during two days in water. (change water morning and evening)

Cook ailloli: mix 4 cloves of garlic, put the yellow of one egg and one teaspoon of mustard . Put olive oil and assemble with “the pilon”. Cook cod with a fish aroma (not salted).

Reheat vegetables and serve
