Prawns flambeed in Pastis and served with parsley vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Prawns
  • Pastis (aniseed alcohol)
  • Salt, pepper
  • Garlic

Chop finely the parsley and the garlic, then drizzle with olive oil. Mix prawns with the parsley vinaigrette and leave 4 hours. After 4 hours, brown the prawns with olive oil in a frying pan. When they are cooked, add on Pastis and flambé it. Serve with a risotto. You can also decorate the plate with paprika, a blade of parsley.

The recipe was elaborated by the hotel Le Manoir, a beautiful Provencal building with all the necessary comfort in tree filled surroundings.
